2017 was an amazing year in many ways, not the least of which was my purchase of Motorcycle Times magazine.

As I prepare for 2018 part of that process is to reflect and think about what I’ve learned and how best to put that to use. It’s the eternal struggle. Those who are good at it may see their business thrive as it becomes more responsive in all the correct and meaningful ways to those it serves.

Therein lies the rub.
