Monaco hosted the last edition of the FIM Awards back in 2019, which proved to be a highly successful event. Following a similar format as two years ago, the Principality will again welcome the FIM General Assembly, this being on Friday 3 December and will include a full programme during which the representatives from the numerous national federations from around the globe will be asked to vote on several important matters.
Then on the following evening, Saturday 4 December, the FIM World Champions from different countries will take to the stage, as their achievements are recognised, applauded and rewarded during a glittering ceremony.
Suitably pleased to see the return of this important event Jorge Viegas, FIM President said: “Obviously we were hugely disappointed not to be able to celebrate our 2020 FIM World Champions last December due to the pandemic. Therefore, it is great news that we are going to have the opportunity to welcome them to Monaco at the prestigious Sporting Monte-Carlo venue this December along with our 2021 FIM World Champions for what is going to be a very special event.”
Due to the unique circumstances, never will so many motorcycling heroes and heroines be together in one place. Make sure you save the date for what promises to be yet another amazing occasion.
