1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THIS IS A FREE TO ENTER AND FREE TO WIN CONTEST. THERE ARE NO PROVISIONS FOR ANY RELATED PURCHASE, NOR TO MAKE ANY.
2 This contest void where prohibited by law.
3 Contest start and deadline: Begins October 18 2020 at 12:01 am and closes on October 31 2020 at 11:59 pm. No entries will be accepted outside this time frame.
4 Eligibility: entrants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry to win and accept any prize. Employees and their immediate families of MJM Publishing, LLC, and its affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and third party fulfillment agencies, if any, are not eligible to enter this contest.
5 Your entry and participation in this contest signifies that you: 1) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by the sponsor, and by the decisions of the sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the contest; 2) agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor and its respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, against any and all claims, injury or damage arising out of or relating to participation in this contest and/or use or misuse of a prize (prizes defined below) and 3) you acknowledge and certify your receipt and compliance with these Official Rules.
6 How To Enter: Go to https://www.motorcycletimes.com/2020halloweenpumpkincontest and complete and submit the entry form. Limit one entry per email address. If more than one entry per person and or email address is received, only one entry will be eligible, but all may be disqualified. All entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules shall be considered eligible entries.
7 Determination of Winners and Notification:
There are three winning places, First, Second and Third place.
The winners will be determined by popular vote tally on November 1st, 2020 or as soon as possible thereafter. The entry with the highest number of votes will be the First-Place winner, the second highest will be the Second-Place winner and the next highest after those two will be the Third-Place winner.
8 Winner will be responsible for all U.S. and State taxes and/or fees. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of prizes permitted. There is no cash equivalent for the prizes. Winner will be notified by email. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive or incorrect email account, any and all possible technical difficulties, or any winner’s failure to respond to notification. All winners must respond to notification within ten (10) days from November 1st, 20020 or the date of finalization of the vote tallies being published on the web page. In the event any winner fails to respond to a winning notification within the time limit sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner and to then select and move up the next popular results or to pick a replacement winner at random.

2 Second Place Winner will receive the following official Motorcycle Times merchandise with logo’s:
• An embroidered baseball style hat
• A coffee mug
• Your choice of bumper sticker
Third Place Winner will receive your choice of any two of the official Motorcycle Times merchandise with logo’s prize items listed above

4 Total Retail Value of all Prizes = Up to $150.00
5 Prize Winner Verification: sponsor requires prize winners to execute and complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity to complete compliance with these contest rules and accept prizes.
Prize winners must execute the documentation by fax and/or USPS mail within 7 days after acceptance of winning notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
By completing the aforementioned affidavits the prize winners give sponsor full rights to use: the winner’s name, hometown, and photograph or likeness in connection with the winning entry and this contest for all publicity purposes, Internet/Web site promotion, and/or trade purposes, without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity.
Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the voting response. The prize winners will be notified via the same email address provided on entry form.

1. General Terms: The value of contest prizes may be taxable to winners as income. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Winners’ responsibility. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to a Prize Winner or potential Prize Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the prizes as described herein. The odds of winning the contest depend on the number of eligible entries and voting responses received. Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in entry disqualification.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entries for any cause or reason including but not limited to technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or providers due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any other web site, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or problems that may interfere or prevent the completion of the contest such as, including but not limited to and without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. If the contest is terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Motorcycle Times web site and the prizes may be awarded to winners to be selected from among all eligible entries received up until) the time of cancellation in a manner that is determined by the sponsor to be fair and equitable.
All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by the sponsor are final. No professional carvings, software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online or text message entries are permitted and will result in disqualification of all such entries.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of this contest; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or to have provided inaccurate information on any legal documents submitted in connection with this contest. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsor from any and all liability resulting or arising from the contest, to surrender and release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the sponsor, and hereby acknowledge that sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty or guarantee or representation, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the contest and the prizes, including any warranties express or implied provided exclusively by a prize item supplier that may be sent along with the prizes.
