Events to End Pediatric Tumors
Aug 31, 2020, 11:16 PM (9 hours ago)

to bcc: me

We regret to inform you that Events to End Pediatric Tumors must cancel the Tires Against Tumors event scheduled for September 27, 2020, at the Brown & Lynch American Legion in Palmer Township, PA.
Given the need for our event to be safe for our motorcyclists, volunteers, community members -and in particular any children and young adults who may be battling brain tumors or undergoing health treatments- we must err on the side of caution and postpone our event to September 26, 2021. These children and families are the true Warriors and as much as we want to have an in-person ride, we must respect their health and well-being, and that of the communities we serve. We will continue to work toward an in-person ride for 2021, and as a part of our community, we request your assistance -whether it’s in-person attendance, business support, vendor attendance, or word-of-mouth sharing.

We look forward to working with you again in 2021. Our revised flyer for the new date is attached. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions.

Sheila L. Holmes, Executive Director
